A few days before Easter my mom presented me with a recipe ripped out of Coastal Living Magazine and said, "You're making this for Easter." That was that. So I made these really yummy coconut cupcakes from scratch!
And they were delicious.
Yep that's real coconut carved from the nut itself toasted and laying delicately on top of the cupcake.
Easter morning my parents and I also dyed the Easter eggs. My mom made me go to the front yard a clip some grass with scissors to make our bowl-o-eggs look more festive.
We used one of Martha's methods that I found here and wrote about here. They turned out great! They have a very hip typographical theme.
